Swimming in the Infinite

Rotunda Gallery

St. Augustine, FL

In late 2022, I was selected to hang a solo exhibition for the Art in Public Spaces initiative at the St Johns County Administration Building. “Swimming in the Infinite” included thirty-four mixed media paintings created during the recent pandemic times. I found inspiration in the mundane still life objects in and around my backyard studio and was ready to immerse myself in the pursuit of a contemporary approach to this beloved genre.

Art Ventures Individual Artist Grant

In 2020, I was recognized with a second Individual Art Ventures grant by The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida. The grant funded materials to showcase a new series of contemporary still life work and included an update to this website.

My first award was in 2006, allowing me to pursue work in the combined mediums of drawing, photography, and silkscreen printing.

Art Ventures has celebrated over 30 years of investing in the creative arts in our community. I am honored to be among the fine artists chosen and supported by such an exciting and committed organization.
